By downloading or using Melody Ringtone Maker (the “App”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Melody Ringtone Maker allows users to create custom ringtones from audio or video files. To ensure high-quality processing and security, audio files are processed on our secure backend servers. The App does not download or distribute copyrighted content.
You agree to use only media files you legally own or are authorized to use, not to use the App for copyright infringement, and not to misuse or exploit the App. We are not responsible for user-imported content.
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
All app branding, design, and software are owned by our company. Users retain ownership of their imported media files.
The App is provided “as is.” We are not liable for data loss, device issues, subscription misunderstandings, or user misuse of media files.
We reserve the right to restrict access if these Terms are violated.
We may update these Terms at any time.
