Melody Ringtone Maker (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Melody Ringtone Maker mobile application (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
The App allows users to import audio or video files from their device to create custom ringtones.
Subscriptions are processed securely through Apple’s App Store. We do not collect or store:
We may receive anonymous subscription status information to verify access to premium features.
We may collect limited non-personal information such as device model, iOS version, App version, and anonymous diagnostic data. This information is used only to improve app performance and reliability.
User files are processed for ringtone creation and are not shared with third parties. We use information to provide ringtone creation features, verify subscription access, improve app stability, and respond to support requests. We do NOT sell personal data, share personal data with advertisers, or use user media files for marketing.
Processed ringtones are backed up to our secure cloud storage (Supabase) to allow for multi-device synchronization. All data is isolated and protected via industry-standard Row Level Security.
The App uses the Apple App Store for payment processing. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any audio or video files imported into the App. The App does not provide copyrighted music or media.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We implement reasonable technical safeguards. However, no method of electronic transmission is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be reflected with a revised effective date.
